Accuracy matters. If a decode or recall looks wrong, tell us and we’ll fix it fast.
We present public NHTSA data, but data can have gaps or mistakes. If something looks off, email us with the details and we’ll review it:
Helpful things to include:
- The VIN or the make / model / year you looked up
- What was shown vs. what you believe is correct
- A source, if you have one (e.g. the window sticker or an NHTSA link)
